After hours, call our office at 208-459-4667 and leave a message requesting your needs. Your message will be returned the following day except during the weekend. Please remember to reserve after hour phone calls for urgent matters. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, our physicians recommend you to dial 9-1-1.

Medical records are kept confidential. We will not release any of your medical information without first obtaining a signed authorization from you.
Release of Personal Health Information
Prescriptions
Prescription refills and follow-up office appointments should be done during routine business hours. Please ask your pharmacist to fax the prescription refill request to 208-459-3372. Every effort will be made to process your prescription request within a 48-hour period. Controlled substances such as narcotics will not be authorized after business hours. If the prescription is mail order, please allow plenty of time for our office to process the request.
